Aspen Events takes care of absolutely everything for you. The process starts with your vision boards and ends with the best day of your life, all taken care of by our team. The Partial Planning wedding package is for all of the couples who need someone to come in and help with the hard parts. You have a vision in mind, let us be the ones to organize it. Whether it’s contacting vendors, set-up and take-down, or step-by-step help throughout the months leading up to your big day, Aspen Events is here to help with whatever it is you need. 

You can book a Partial Planning package six months in advance, with monthly meetings leading up to your wedding day. We work with you throughout your wedding planning process to make everything easier, so you can simply enjoy being engaged.

We believe that in order to do an accurate and exceptional job as your wedding coordinators, we have to step in prior to the day of your wedding. Month-of Coordinating is very similar to day-of coordinating, we just want to be in the loop before your big day. We like to know what’s going on beforehand in order to execute your vision perfectly.

Month-Of Coordinating is perfect for couples who feel they can tackle planning a wedding on their own, and just want someone to come in and make sure it happens the way you want to. You don’t want to be the wedding planner on your actual wedding day—just leading up to it. 

You get access to all of our resources, including That’s The One, and help with all the final touches. Coordinating starts five weeks before your wedding day, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still book in advance. The earlier you book the better, that way we can give you a timeline that will help you best in planning your wedding.
